There is no place like home. How true. Every time I come home, I fall in love with it again and again.
I love sailing in the South Pacific, but taking a boat out in my home bay has a completely different feel. I live between two beautiful castles above the sea, in the bay that hosts the biggest regatta in the world, where the sea is flat and the people have salt water in their veins.
I would love to welcome you in Italy. I can take you sailing in the bay of Trieste between the Duino and the Miramare castle, admiring from the sea the land where the sparkling wine Prosecco was born, while having a little taste of the original version of this wine.
We can do some sightseeing together, visit Venice or whatever you feel doing in Italy (yes, we can eat all day too!)
The best time to come is between May and October, in the summer months, when the weather is warm and mostly sunny.
